I have stopped shampooing my hair every day. I wish I could go oven longer but I workout most days. So I usually shampoo every other day or every 3rd day if I don’t sweat TOO much. But my sprints and sauna days, shampooing my hair is a must. I find that the less I shampoo and heat style my hair, the better condition it is in. I also make sure to use a leave in conditioner spray, heat protectant, and blow out cream on days I do style my hair. I also shampoo twice on shampoo days to get a good lather and quality clean.

Shampoo:

My favorite favorite favorite shampoo of all is Innersense Organic Beauty – Natural Pure Harmony Hairbath Shampoo on days that I heat straighten or style my hair.

My hair is naturally curly so on days that I let the natural curl do it’s thing I use 100% Pure’s Yuzu and Pomelo Glossing Shampoo. This gives my hair a nice gloss and helps tame the frizz.

Conditioner:

When I straighten my hair I use Carina Organics Deep Treatment Conditioner (just on the ends and mids).

When I’m leaving my hair curly I use 100% Pure’s Yuzu and Pomelo Glossing Conditioner.

And when my hair needs a pick me up I use Innersense Organic’s Hair Mask.

After the shower:

My leave in conditioner is from Carina Organics.

I use Innersense Heat Protectant Spray.
