Protein Fluff
Ready for a protein packed sweet treat?!
Introducing protein fluff!
I made a video which shows just how I make it your basic protein fluff. Below the video I have all the recipe written out along with different variations I love.
Basic Protein Fluff Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (preferably grass fed) whey protein concentrate (this is 25g of protein in the brand I buy)
- 1 cup frozen organic berries (I use strawberries and raspberries)
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- a smidge of beef gelatin (optional: and you can use the gelatin or the collagen) I get my Great Lakes Collagen and Gelatin the cheapest at Thrive Market.
- a dash of ceylon cinnamon
- liquid stevia to taste (feel free to use raw unfiltered honey or grade A organic maple syrup if not watching your sugars/carbs)
- optional: a scoop or 2 of homemade almond butter… yum!
Chocolate OR Mint Chocolate Protein Fluff:
- 1/2 cup: about (preferably grass fed) whey protein concentrate (this is 25g of protein in the brand I buy)
- 1 cup frozen organic berries (I use strawberries and raspberries)
- 1/4 to 3/8 cups filtered water (I add a bit at a time to get the consistency I want)
- a smidge of beef gelatin (optional:and you can use the gelatin or the collagen) I get my Great Lakes Collagen and Gelatin the cheapest at Thrive Market.
- a dash of cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt (if pb/almond butter is not pre salted) I buy my Redmonds Real Sea Salt at Thrive Market.
- 1/4 cup of natural store bought pb or almond butter OR homemade almond butter (even better!!)
- for chocolate add 3 TBS cacao powder
- for mint chocolate add a splash of mint extract (no corn syrup added)
- liquid stevia to taste (feel free to use raw unfiltered honey or grade A organic maple syrup if not watching your sugars/carbs)
- optional: your favorite healthier chocolate chips or homemade chocolate chunks (sprinkle on top after you make the fluff)
You could also try a vanilla flavor with bananas and vanilla extract (no corn syrup added: check the label). I have been playing with a vanilla recipe but haven’t perfected it yet. I will let you know when I do. 🙂
Here is the protein powder I prefer. It’s pure grass fed whey protein.. nothing else!
Hope you enjoy this high protein sweet treat as much as I do!

What a creative way to get some extra protein in! I will have to try this out and use it for a pre or post workout protein punch. Thanks for another great post! Blessings.
Thanks! It’s a perfect way to get a lot of protein and enjoy a treat at the same time. 🙂
