Healthy Healing Reset

One of the easiest ways to have overall good health is to stick to a whole food diet. There are so many diets out there with conflicting interests that range from “Carnivore” to Vegan. In all the confusion, the best thing to do is cut out all the noise and eat foods the way God made them.

Obviously any way we change food is a process. Just grinding or cooking is a way to process a food. However, the more we stay away ultra processed food, the better. And the more one adds in healthy whole foods, the less room there will be for junk. When I eat whole healthy foods, I am full and satisfied which results in less cravings.
